Welcome to Regis University Berkeley Community Garden (RUBCG), located in Northwest Denver at Lowell Boulevard between 52nd & 53rd Avenue.  RUBCG is a joint community initiated and maintained project between Regis University, Denver Urban Gardens, and the Berkeley neighborhood. RUBCG was initiated in 2010 under the Denver Urban Gardens (DUG) project.  Financing for the project is provided by Regis, by DUG, and by our members.

Denver Urban Gardens (DUG) provides resources for our neighborhood garden, as well as assistance with planning and design, and coordination and construction. In their supporting role they also offer us the ongoing expertise to establish a thriving urban oasis in our neighborhood. Visit DUG's website at http://dug.org/gardens/ for resources that include planting guides, workshops, and training programs. Their mission is: Growing community, one urban garden at a time. In 2010, DUG celebrated 25 years of service to Metro-Denver, and broke ground on their 100th community garden. DUG also has numerous education and outreach programs, and an urban community farm. These resources, which serve more than 30,000 individuals annually, are not only about producing fresh, healthy food, they are about steadily growing a sense of community pride.
